Web Design Packages: One Flat Price, Live in 14 Days

We get back to you, usually within one business day, to set up a 15-minute conversation about your business. If it's a fit, we send a one-page agreement, collect your content with a simple checklist, and the 14-day clock starts.

Extra pages can be added to the flat package at a fixed per-page price quoted up front, or, for bigger builds with custom features, we'll scope a custom project starting at $5,000. Either way you'll know the full number before we start.

Hosting, security updates, backups, and minor content changes for your first month, so your site never launches and then rots. After that you can continue on a website care plan or take it fully in-house. Your site, your choice.

For your first month, yes: hosting is part of the included month of website care. After that, hosting is not part of the flat $2,500 price: most clients stay on a website care plan, which includes hosting, or we hand everything off cleanly so you can host it anywhere you like. The trades monthly plans are different: hosting is included for as long as you're on the plan.

If you already own your domain, we work with it: add us as an admin on your registrar account, or we'll send you the exact changes to make yourself. Your choice, and it stays in your name either way. Don't have one yet? We'll register one for you, in your name from day one. Your domain is always yours, whether you stay with us or not.

Because the 14-day promise is real. We'd rather turn work away than miss a deadline or hand your project to a subcontractor. If this month is full, we'll reserve your slot for the next one.

Yes, completely. Once paid in full, the website, its copy, and its design are yours: files, content, and every account registered in your name. If you ever leave, you take all of it with you. No lock-in, ever.

The build is a one-time flat-rate project (no ongoing commitment), and care plans afterward are month-to-month, cancel anytime. If you cancel before we deliver the first design mockup, your deposit is refunded in full; after the first mockup but before you approve a design, we keep a $500 design fee and refund the rest. It's all written plainly in the one-page agreement before you sign.

Usually, yes. The trade plans bundle the website with local SEO, Google Business Profile work, and call tracking for a monthly price that one service call typically covers, built specifically to turn Google searches into booked jobs.
